AJ's Simple Cozy Townroom 2

A simple nice and cozy town home in a lovely, quiet town home community. Located close to the Florida State Fairgrounds, Hard Rock Casino and Amphitheater. A few minutes away from the Brandon Mall and AMC. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly which makes taking a brisk walk or quick jog a breeze. There is a pool located in the community as well for your enjoyment. If you want a nice, clean, comfortable space to lay your head after a long day of exploring Tampa this is the place for you. The space The room consist of a walk-in closet and a private bathroom. It is pretty plain but clean, nice and cozy. There is a TV with Roku enabled also WiFi. There is a laundry room and closet which will have towels and blankets. Guest access Everything downstairs from the kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and patio is open for you to use. Upstairs the living-room can be shared. During your stay Call me for any questions, problems or concerns. My schedule is very busy so I may or may not be in the home depending on the day. Other things to note Apon your arrival there may be a small-breed dog kenneled downstairs. His name is Chase. Please don't be alarmed if he barks at you and please don't stick your fingers in his kennel. Thank You.
