These comfortable Studio Apartment is part of a bungalow in a colorful garden of one of the prettiest and safest Lima areas: Santiago the Surco. Also strategically located, two blocks away from Panamaricana Sur, three blocks from Primavera (Angamos) avenue, and very close to Benavides avenue. It is great for anybody who works or studies in Surco and La Molina area (UPC, ESAN, SAN MARTIN, USIL, etc). Recommended for those who like to be really comfortable!!! The space The lodge is inside a residential space, placed in an exclusive and safe area of Surco district. There are some parks around, is quiet and low traffic. You can find whatever you need in the commercial areas, close to the place. Inside the place you can use a big metal structure (7 meters heigh) that contains gymnastic rings, nets, ropes, bars and climbing stuff (harness, carabiners, ropes, figure 8 descender, carabiners, etc) all designed for an original adrenalin free climbing training! Other things to note The previous guest placed the hot coffee maker on the melamine board in the kitchen and left a burn mark. We're in the process of maintenance for its prompt repair.
