La Lezza - the charming chalet is an open-planned, luminous, cozy, stylish stone house with rustic wood floors, natural wood roof, larges and luminous windows idyllicaly situated in the calm green village of Vagli Sotto, in the north of Tuscany, one hour from LUCCA. The house is surrounded to an exclusive green area ideal to walks in the wild and to admire the stunning view of the Apuan Alps. What you can taste is a great sense of freedom: a hug with nature and the surrounding environment! These are the feelings we want to convey to those who want to share these spaces with us. We tried to revive the hut as it was, using as much as possible the original materials and trying to resort to natural materials such as wood, pity, marble and lime: the result was a warm and welcoming environment in symbiosis with nature and the landscape. Hidden corners, far from prying eyes, from where you can admire the mountains and breathe a great sense of freedom. The cozy and luminous chalet is composed of: a large living room with open kitchen equipped with an old and big marble sink, a big cooker with large oven and dishwasher, a double bedroom and marble bathroom with shower on the ground floor. On the mezzanine level, a second bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, livable both as a bedroom and as a relaxation or reading area with a nice and quite terrace and a romantic view of the mountains, will be ideal for a nice breakfast, a good book or a glass of moonlight wine. The large entrance door allows you to experience the outdoor space as a continuation of the interior. The courtyard furnished with table, chairs, sun bed and beach umbrella will be ideal for enjoying dinner "al fresco" in the cool summer evenings or for relaxation breaks. So it could be perfect for a family gathering or a small group of friends looking to spend a quiet and quality filled break. The house is a five-minute walk to the public swimming pool, the bank, the post office and the pharmacy. The Hold village is easily reachable on foot in about 15 minutes. The independent house is situated near the street that goes from Vagli Sotto to Vagli Sopra and Campocatino and it is possible to hear street noises. If you want to stay in a completely isolated place, this is not the house for you. Linens and towels are included For guests wishing to stay longer than one week (7 nights), linen will be changed once a week The house is equipped with a WiFi connection! The house is the result of a careful renovation of an old hut. Completely covered with the original stone, it has floors in old wooden beams and a roof in untreated chestnut wood. Large windows and openings give great brightness to all rooms, which are warm and welcoming. We have tried to pay attention to the smallest details and so you will find stylish details that complement rustic elements such as wood and stone. The house consists of a very bright open space, thanks to the large glass door and a large opening that almost completely "cuts" the house, where there is space for the open kitchen, furnished with an antique marble sink, a large kitchen equipped with an oven and dishwasher, table, chairs and a comfortable sofa. Also on the ground floor is the bathroom, made of fine local marble and equipped with a large shower and a large double bedroom with a double bed, where you can possibly put a crib. A second bedroom, also furnished with a comfortable double bed and single bed, is located on the mezzanine overlooking the living room, easily reached via a comfortable wooden staircase. From here you can reach a very secluded terrace that will give you moments of great relaxation and intimacy. The presence of antique and modern furnishing elements give the rooms a certain refinement and make them comfortable and cozy. Ideal for families, couples, artists and anyone who needs to regenerate. Bed linen and towels are provided. For stays longer than 7 days, linens are changed. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi and private parking. IMPORTANT: the house is located in a raised position with respect to the road that leads from Vagli under Campocatino which is however a busy road and it is therefore possible to perceive the noise of the cars, but it will be enough to move away a little from the road, in the specially created spaces, or take refuge in the terrace behind the house to relax and immerse yourself in the peace of the place! Guest access My guests will have an entire detached house with a garden, parking and "private" terrace. It will be possible to access the house through some steps or through a small path. The entrance is on the ground floor like the rest of the house except for the room on the mezzanine! Other things to note The nearest train station is Poggio-Careggine-Vagli located in Poggio, 10 km from the house.
