Its located at San Juan Bautista St, in front of Partido State University (PSU). McDo is 0.5 km away. Guest has the option to check in at 8 am and check out at 12 noon, or check in at 2 pm and check out at 12 noon. Contact the host on your preferred time. We give weekly and monthly discount. We provide Pili airport transfer for 2k one way. The space We tried our best to provide the most comfort that we can for travellers to feel like your staying at your own home. Our units are solar powered. The unit has A/C and wifi, queen size hotel quality mattress, 40 inch Smart tv with Netflix and cabinets. Our kitchen and dining are equipped with rice cooker, oven toaster, electric stove, refrigerator, pan, pot, electric kettle, plates, utensils, glasses, cups, knifes, etc. Our bathroom has hot/cold bath, shampoo, body wash and handsoap. * Printer/scanner is also available upon request with minimal printing fee. * Clothes iron, coffee maker and hair dryer is provided when requested in advance. * Airport pick up/drop off to Pili/Goa (one way) - Php2,000 Our weekly and monthly rates are highly discounted. However to keep our rates lower we will change the linens, towels and sheets upon check in only. Change of bedding and towel is charge at Php250 per room. Cleaning fee is Php250 also. Max of 2 adult occupants per room and 1 kid below 11 years old. Extra person is Php500 per night.
