The Cowshed Apartment

Architect Designed Eco home is warm, friendly and compact. Two bedrooms both with double beds. The MVHR delivers constant filtered fresh air and the GSHP offers underfloor heating to all areas. PLEASE NOTE: We have no outside space for guests. The apartment is situated on the edge of The Peak District, Ingbirchworth has easy access to the cities of Sheffield, Leeds /Manchester. Ideally situated for attractions such as Yorkshire Sculpture Park, Cannon Hall Farm, Reservoir walks and much more. The space The Apartment has a compact dinning and seating area for 4 adults and smart TV. Fully fitted kitchen with Bora induction hob with built in extractor, Siemens Combi oven and microwave, Fridge with ice box, plates cutlery and wine glasses. Siemens compact dishwasher and fully equipped with electric kettle, toaster and cafetiere. Two bedrooms , both with double beds with wardrobes and hangers , bathroom with walk in shower , WC and sink. Guest access Self contained two bed apartment access is by way of external metal staircase separate entry door with keysafe entry . Other things to note We supply towels for guests, handwash and body wash. There is an alarm system operated by key fob. We do not set the alarm prior to guests arriving but guests can set this when they enter and leave the apartment. We do have an apartment guide that has all the details of how to use all the equipment, WIFI codes etc.,
