Private room near Wimbledon in family home

Perfect for leisure or professionals. A private twin, or superking (bed can be made up either way) room in our friendly family home. With off street parking (small extra charge for your car). We are a 6 minute walk to Raynes Park station- Great connections for Central London, Wimbledon, Kingston and Hampton Court. Shared shower room (up to 3 other people) , use of the kitchen ( except between 6 and 8pm) Our house is not smart (do not expect ironed sheets) but we are friendly and clean! The space Our house has three floors- top floor where your bedroom and shared bathroom are(plus our lodgers bedroom). Your bedroom has a digital lock. We have our bedrooms and bathroom on the floor below and the ground floor has our lovely kitchen where you are welcome to hang out, my office/ sitting room and my husband's office/ sitting room. Guest access Your room is at the top of the house up two flights of stairs. You will have access to your bedroom ( obviously!), your shared bathroom and the shared kitchen ( access to kitchen at all times except 18.00 to 20.00), garden. You will have a shelf in the fridge and somewhere to store non fridge food. During your stay One of us will be working in a downstairs room most of the time... just ask us anything! You will be given your own keys to use for your stay so you can come and go as you wish. Keys must be returned before you leave, please. Lost keys occur a cost of £150. We will be available on "what's app " for any questions if necessary. We love meeting people from all over the UK and the rest of the world so expect some questions!! Other things to note You will have your own key so can come and go as you wish. If you would like to use the nespresso coffee machine then please buy compostable capsules ( from me or a shop) and I will show you how to use it!
