Farmhouse for 2 on 101 animal filled acres!

Welcome to my farm! I'll be happy to show you around, you can come along as we feed and care all the farm animals on the property, or you can just sit back and enjoy! We meet you at the gate to get you on the property and checked into your suite. After that we totally respect your privacy. All we require is that our guests do the same and that they totally LOVE animals, and totally LOVE the country lifestyle! The space Our Farmhouse suite is totally unique as it designed with real reclaimed century old barn wood from the farm. We hope you LOVE animals and nature, because you will be in the middle of all the farm activities. Your suite looks into the orchard where the livestock guardian dogs and their sheep live. Yes we have excellent internet and cell service - everyone works from home now and our guests can work from the farm. We have hosted musicians and professors who have all zoomed and keynoted from their porch. We have a Verizon cell tower and the ISP have their towers on our hillside. You can have your food wine and groceries delivered to the front gates. You can ride your bikes jog or hike straight from the property as there are trails and country roads in every direction. We understand that many of our guests want to bring pets - its obvious that we LOVE animals, but please understand that a farm is a unique space- herd animals are very protective of their areas and will chase and kick and trample to protect their young from predators... Our animals think that visiting animals are potential predators. So if you are considering staying with us we can accommodate indoor only pets for everyone's safety. We will offer safe areas if you need to walk your pet but they must be on a leash and out of sight of the resident animals for everyone's safety. Our property goes back one mile from the front gates and we are surrounded by farmland and vineyards. We are a bit of a farm sanctuary- we do not eat our animals and we do not use poisons, pesticides, herbicides of any kind - our animals take care of the pests and weeds and provide the soil with much needed nutrition. We have always been organic - Tammy wrote and produced a series of best selling videos teaching home gardeners organic standards and natural pest controls. The farm is now transitioning to biodynamic! - 2 movies that we recommend you watching prior to your visit so that you can better understand our ways are "The Biggest Little Farm" and "Oddball" -a true story about a Maremma Sheepdog. Copies available on site if you'd like! Guest access You will have your farmhouse suite all to yourself. We need to personally introduce you to the dogs, they need to know you are welcomed guest here. You can walk around but we ask you do not enter areas with signs or any gates. And PLEASE do not feed the animals as many are on special diets.
