Puteaux, Modern and cozy apartment

Private room in a 60 m2 new apartment. I will gladly welcome all types of travelers: solo, couples, for work... Very sociable by nature, I will be happy to give you as much information as possible to make you feel "at home"!!! The space The apartment is a 3-room apartment where I occupy a bedroom and we will share the rest of the space. It is located on the 3rd floor, with elevator and overlooks a very quiet pedestrian street. The bedroom consists of a new sofa bed with excellent bedding suitable for daily use. It's actually part of the living room that I leave open when I don't have guests, but that can be closed thanks to 2 sliding doors to make it a real independent room. Guest access You have access to all common areas of the apartment. I provide you with basic food products such as coffee, tea, oil, vinegar, condiments. The apartment is non-smoking but you can smoke on the balcony. During your stay I'm available if you need me. I make sure to facilitate your arrival and departure. Check-in and checkout times may vary and are to be defined according to my different availability each day. I have very irregular working hours. Please send me a request to find out my daily availability if you have a non-flexible check-in time. Please note that for arrivals on Monday, I cannot welcome you until 7:30pm. Other things to note No parties or events. No pets The apartment has no baby equipment.
