Please monitor your noise levels at all times. Quiet Hours are in place from 11:00pm - 8:00am. No parties or unauthorized guests allowed. No smoking is allowed. Pets are not permitted. Please do not bring food or drink into the bedrooms. When you are not in the home, lock the doors, and store your valuables safely. While Serenity Cove and the surrounding area is very safe, the host and staff cannot be responsible for any lost or missing items. Upon arrival, should you notice any damages, or should anything break, please advise the host as soon as possible so that immediate arrangements for repair can be made.
