A private suite of two King rooms and one full private bathroom, in a mid-terrace on a quiet street with excellent access to Bosham village, Chichester, Goodwood, Emsworth and the South Downs. We live here ourselves, but the upstairs will be for your exclusive use when you stay. The space We offer you exclusive use of the first floor of our terraced cottage, where you'll find two stylish, beautifully decorated bedrooms and a brand new bathroom. You'll come in through our front door, but once up the stairs, it's all yours. You're also welcome to use the living room and garden. The kitchen will be available for your use, too, between 7:45am & 10am. It may be possible to arrange to have breakfast for an additional cost. If you're interested, please ask when you make your booking. Guest access You'll have a key to the front door and exclusive use of the upstairs of the house. During your stay We may be around during your stay, but will leave you to be private in your space unless you need us. You're welcome to use the kitchen, living room and dining room. If we're away while you're staying in our home (could happen!), there will be a local contact point should some intervention be necessary. We'll let you know either way when the time of your stay is approaching. If we're around and you'd like breakfast provided, please check with me and if I can do it, I'll provide at additional cost. Other things to note Parking is streetside in front of our house but is often in high demand. The fallback options - pretty much around the corner in one direction or other - will provide streetside parking within a minute's walk from the house. Once you've booked, we will give you more specific directions about this!
