Chico Home w/ Pool, Ready for Summer!

4 bedroom, 3 full bath home in a wonderful, family-friendly neighborhood off the Esplanade. Our home will be a perfect entertaining spot for your family with an updated and newly renovated kitchen, great room, backyard, gated pool, jacuzzi, BBQ and outdoor seating! The open floor plan, spacious kitchen, dining room, and great room will allow for all your family members to comfortably gather throughout your stay. The space Wake up and enjoy a coffee or tea compliments of the house, from the coffee bar area in the kitchen. Large and open common area with large sliding glass doors that look out to the grassy backyard and swimming pool area. With 6 barstools in the kitchen and an 8 person dining table, everyone can enjoy family meals together. One bedroom has two single loft beds (weight limit of 150lbs.) and two blow up toddler beds that fit underneath each loft. This room also is furnished with kids toys. Guest access Guests will be able to access the entire house except for the garage. Guests may enter through the front door. Other things to note Guests will need to follow the specific Pool and Spa Rules listed in the House Rules section and printed in a binder which will be on the kitchen counter.
