Lovely bright bedroom with private bathroom in great location. The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest, desk & chair. The adjacent bathroom is for your sole use. Access to a fully equipped kitchen & space to eat. The property is ideally located between Finsbury Park & Holloway Road stations on Hornsey Road with Emirates stadium 5 minutes down the road. Lots of bus routes on your doorstep. Shops, supermarkets, cinema bowling alley nearby. The space Nice, bright double room with North and East facing windows, located in my 2-bed second floor flat. The room is furnished with a double bed, brand new medium firm mattress, new wardrobe with sliding doors, full length mirror, chest of drawers, a bookcase, desk and chair, making it ideal for both long term and short term guests. Adjacent to the bedroom is a spacious bathroom with bathtub, shower screen, shower attachment (good pressure), sink, toilet, heated towel rail, 3 mirrored cupboards with shaver & electric toothbrush socket. While the bathroom is technically not en-suite, it is situated right next to the bedroom (refer to floorplan) and is for your sole use. Along the hallway is a utility cupboard with a washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Guests are welcome to use the kitchen in the open plan reception room / kitchen and there is a small dining table with 2 chairs where you can sit and eat, or enjoy a free cup of coffee (Nespresso Vertuo), Tea or Chai Latte. Longer term guest get a shelf and drawer in the fridge, a cupboard to store groceries and can use the well equipped kitchen and appliances to cook their meals. However, as the kitchen is located in my (open plan) living room, I ask for privacy after 10:30pm. Disclaimer! I have recently adopted a stray cat who was living in the car park below my office. His name is Ted and he is very friendly. Guest access Bedroom Bathroom Utility cupboard Kitchen and dining area (until 10:30pm) During your stay I work from home twice per week and will always try to be at home to welcome you and show you around the flat. I am happy to offer advice on places to go, things to see, transport etc in person or via the app or messenger. Other things to note The bedroom overlooks Hornsey Road, with the 91 bus stop on the other side and Emirates stadium 5 minutes down the road. The house is located 1 block from the junction with Tollington Road, so you will experience some traffic noise. On match days, it is pretty lively with Arsenal supporters on their way to and from the games and from the nearby Tollington pub.
