The Annex at Tetsworth

The Annex is a self-contained, one bedroom flat with separate lounge, kitchen/dining area, bedroom and bathroom. It has it's own entrance and parking space and is tastefully decorated with a homely feel. Situated in Tetsworth (J6 M40) at the foot of the Chiltern Hills, 25 mins drive from Oxford Central and 20 mins from Headington hospitals. The market town of Thame is 10 mins drive with a wide choice of shops, pubs and restaurants. Fully-equipped kitchen, tea/coffee/milk provided. The space We are situated in a countryside location but within a short distance to the local market town of Thame and the city of Oxford (own transport recommended). Our guests love the self-contained facilities and the cosy, homely feel. The annex is attached to the side of our house, linked via a corridor, however, it is fully self-contained and private. Guest access You will have your own entrance (via a shared corridor) and parking space. The lounge has french doors that open onto the garden of our house, which you will be welcome to use. You may bump into our labrador, Bentley, in the back garden but he's super-friendly and knows the boundaries! Other things to note The kitchen is fully-equipped with cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer shelf. Basic items available such as washing-up liquid, cleaning products, foil, cling film, salt and pepper etc. We will always ensure there are some tea bags, coffee and a pint of milk for your arrival. The bathroom has a bath with shower over. Shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and toilet paper provided. Please tell us in advance if you will need bedding for the sofa bed so that we can prepare this for you. All bedding and towels provided. We have an extremely handsome labrador, who may at times be in the back garden! We may use the shared corridor to get to the back door onto our garden on occasion.
