Suite By The Sea - Private Entrance

Small Suite by the Sea offers you a private, comfy, and quiet Kodiak experience. Whether you're traveling for business or pleasure our efficiency "in-law" suite will fit your needs. You will have your own private entrance with a large parking area. Located in a quiet neighborhood on a cul-de-sac across from the ocean. We are a short walk to Fort Abercrombie State Park trails, Mill Bay Beach, and Spruce Cape. Safeway, Walmart, and banking facilities are in close proximity. The space Our efficiency apartment or in-law suite is located on the bottom floor of our home with it's own entrance. Our suite is newly remodeled and has everything you need for your short or extended stay. Your suite has a queen size bed, bathroom with stand up shower, and a fully equipped kitchen area for your convenience. The kitchen has a fridge, stove, sink, coffee maker, microwave and more. Kitchenware is provided. Guest access Washer/Dryer available for guest use on request. Guest are welcome to use our front and backyard as they please. Our upstairs porch is open for our guests to use. It has a great relaxing ocean view to enjoy with a beverage of your choice.
