A cosy 45 square metres flat, ideal for a couple or solo traveler. The flat is recently renovated & fully furnished, situated in Kolonaki, the safest area in Athens.I will be available for any further information. Guest access My guests will have full access to all areas & all equipment of the appartment. Other things to note You are welcome in my home, in a block of flats where we respect each other : entering the building please be genlte, respect the "quiet hours" (3pm-5pm & 11pm-7pm) while at home, do not throw toilet paper because that will clog the system. You are kindly requested : - not to leave unattended on the cooker pots & pans - turn off water heater - always lock when you leave - respect the cleanliness rules SMOKING is allowed only in the balcony.
