Guest Cottage Beachront Literally!!

Located in Tiverton, RI at Fogland Point, next to Little Compton. Near Westport, Bristol, Middletown,Portsmouth, 25 to Newport, 35 to Providence. Windsurf right outside, bird watch, hike, bike, relax. Regulars often come back! See New York Times article about Tiverton being the hidden gem. Please note, due to covid, we have lowered our price because we don't include linens, pillows towels anymore. We will give you the number of who to rent from- or bring your own. The space The cottage has two bedrooms, family room with eating table, sunroom with daybed, kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen is stocked with all the basic smallwares. Due to covid- make sure you read the information about pricing and linens. Guest access At Fogland Point, there are entrance attendants, you tell them you are coming to our address- there is one way on and off the point. Once arrive, you will park in the designated spot (first driveway), there will be a lock box (you will text that morning and we will give you lock box and alarm code). Other things to note Due to Covid, we lowered our price as we are not included linens, towels, pillows anymore. You can rent them from Vacation House Linens which I can give you the number to or you can search them up online by putting all words together. They will drop off and pick up and you can pay them directly.
