central & quiet - comfy room in Berlin Schöneberg

You rent a comfy 12 sq.m. room with 2 sleeping places in a flat with two rooms. It's an typical "Berliner Altbau" with high rooms and pieces at the cieling. I share my bathroom and my kitchen with you, and if you want, and there is enough - some of my time ;-) The space I have a little flat on the ground floor with two rooms + kitchen + bathroom. I like the high rooms and the atmosphere of this old building. I live quiet, but if I want, I can arrive green or colorful and tourist districts over short distances. Guest access You can use and close your own room alone. Kitchen with with dryer and washing machine, we have to share, if I am not on travel. The same with bathroom - there is a shower, and I give you some free space for your stuff. During your stay If I am at home, we can have a sit in for talking and laughing, sharing stories, making music, maybe we cook together - but we haven't to do this.
