This modern and spacious apartment is located in the centre of Seville, with the Plaza de España and other key monuments within easy walking distance. It's in a quiet and safe area which is well connected to the tram, metro and bus links across the city. It has a cosy bedroom, living room and independent kitchen. The apartment is opposite the old Cádiz Train Station, where a local food market now takes place and a new leisure centre has been constructed inside. There is WiFi, A/C and ELEVATOR. The space TOURIST REGISTRATION NUMBER: VUT/SE/01532 This apartment is located on Avenida de Cádiz, next to the old Cádiz train station, which houses not only a food market, but also a new and spectacular sports centre (the largest in all of Andalusia). In a very quiet and safe residential area, very close to Plaza de España, and less than ten minutes walk from the main historical monuments of the city. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and quiet. It has a modern style design with brand new and functional furniture and has large windows in the living room that make it especially bright. It has a cosy bedroom with a large double bed, a bathroom, a living-dining room and a dining table for 3 people, as well as a fully equipped independent kitchen with: fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, hob, all kinds of small appliances, "Dolce Gusto" coffee maker, kettle, toaster, orange juicer, hand mixer and kitchenware. Complete cleaning cupboard, iron and ironing board. The apartment has high-speed WiFi (fibre), high-quality and silent air conditioning (hot/cold) in all rooms, and a 40" Smart-TV. The apartment is delivered with sets of towels, sheets, and duvet. If you stay longer, you can arrange room service (30 euros, including cleaning and changing clothes). The check-in is done by the owner or our Check-In staff, who will be at your disposal to recommend places and itineraries so that you can enjoy your trip. Once in the city, there is the possibility of renting bicycles, which we will be happy to explain to you on the day of arrival. For any questions we are at your disposal (routes, reservations, restaurants, etc.). From Seville we will be happy to welcome you to our beautiful and charming apartment. Guest access You have full access to the apartment for you to enjoy, the building has an ELEVATOR, and if you come with a baby we can provide you with a baby cot and highchair upon request at no extra cost, to make your stay more comfortable. Check-in is available from the first day you have booked from 3:00 p.m. Check-out is at 11:00 AM on the last day you have booked. IMPORTANT: Check-in after 9:00 p.m. has an additional charge of €20 and €30 after midnight and your payment will be made through Airbnb, specifically, through its resolution center for processing. Other things to note This apartment meets the requirements set out in Decree 28 on 2nd February 2016 and other regulations applicable to the exercise of this tourist activity in terms of dimensions, furniture, equipment and services. As of May 2016, all apartments on AirBnB are regulated by the aforementioned Regional Law (Decree 28/2016), which in Article 7 requests the owner to ask all guests, over 16 years old, for their identification documents. During Check-In, as in hotels, you will be asked to complete a signed form with details of your identity (name, surname, date of birth, nationality, date of issue, passport or identity document) which by law must be sent to the police within 24 hours of arrival. For this reason, we kindly ask you to show us your passport or ID card to verify this information upon Check-In.
