Bella Vista wooden house - near Playa Venao

Unique house in Los Santos! This home is a 60 years old Panamanian wooden house that's been renovated while still keeping its charm. 2 bedroom (main bedroom with king size bed, 2nd bedroom with twin size bed), 1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with spacious living and dining room. 1 closed and secure office with A/C with all the equipment needed (office chair, monitor, keypad...) A/C only in office, rest of house with fans! Papaya, our cat, lives in the house! The space The house is located on a quiet hill and is surrounded by nature, horses, cows and monkeys. Please note that you need a car for your stay as we are located 3km from the main road. We are located 15 min drive from beautiful Playa Venao where you will find plenty of cafe, restaurants and shops. The beach is perfect for surfing (even for beginners) but also swimming and paddle. Eco Venao has a beautiful beach access with a beach and restaurant bar as well as a surf school and cafe. Perfect place to go with kids as well ! The house is a wooden house with a breathtaking view on the ocean. The main bedroom has a king size bed and connects directly with the bathroom. The second bedroom is small and has a twin size floor bed. The house has ceiling fans in every room so it keeps fresh day and night. The house has lots of windows to enjoy the garden and ocean view and they can be opened to let the breeze in. The office is the only room with A/C and is closed with a secured door. Excellent internet connection. Perfect for working online. We offer a spacious stand up desk with an office chair and inverters (in case the electricity goes off you still have internet) + a printer. We also have a treadmill for ergonomic work. Huge garden with fruit trees to enjoy and visits from the monkeys, cows and horses. Please keep in mind that this is a wooden house in the tropics so it's simple and rustic. As we are in the tropics its not uncommon to have bugs or animals around. Depending on the time of the year you can see scorpions or snakes but fortunately they are not venomous. Rest assured, since we started renting this house 8 years ago none of our guests had any medical issue with wildlife. As we are located in a rural area of Panama, electricity can go off and come back instantly or in the worst case after 24h. We cannot control that and its very irregular as you might not have any problem at all during your stay or experience a few power cut. We do have a small generator for you to use if you need to. It's perfect to connect your computer if you have to work online at this time. Power cut is also a time to do something else if you can and go to the beach for a while.
