Old 90s building - near beach - pool - 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms - fully air-conditioned - 2 queen beds + 2 extra single floor mattresses (just nice for 6 pax) - Fridge, washing machine, tableware, TV with Netflix & YouTube, WiFi, etc. Sitting next to Chin Farm Waterfall at Batu Ferringhi, surrounded by lust greenery, river, trees and hill, The Safe House offers cosy, breezy, restful and serene atmosphere. If one needs a place to unwind with inner peace, our place is the right choice. The space The Safe House is situated at Batu Ferringhi, a well-known tourist beach belt, away from Penang other hustle and bustle side. If you are looking for a place with quiet, calm, soothing rhythm and tranquil environment with birds chirping and singing around, this is the right one. About the landmark, the apartment is located right opposite Bayview Hotel and with walking distance to Hard Rock Hotel. Our home is peaceful, homely and simply prefect for small family stay or friends gathering. Guest access Our place has swimming pool where you can take a dip to cool off and refresh yourself. There are main pool and children pool available. Pool is the kids' favourite and no kids do not like pool. So, remember to bring along your swimming attire. Our place is near to the beach with walking distance, accessible via a pathway between Bayview and Hard Rock Hotels, just right opposite the apartment. One just needs to cross the road and walk through that pathway to access the beach, which is full of beach activities, such as horse riding and watersports. That's right, our place features this walking-distance beach amenties that you can hardly find in other vacation homes in Penang. After arriving the beach, there is a currrent hottest tourist beach spot you must not miss out, namely Ferringhi Bay. It’s now one of the Penang top attractions everyone would love to visit during their spare time and it’s crowded during weekend. Unlike the others, you just have to walk from our place to there without the need to drive and pay the parking fee. The bay is full of beachfront bars and cafes where you can enjoy a variety of food and beverage in front of the golden sand while witnessing the magnificent sunset. Your kids would love the sandy beach and it’s the perfect scene for taking photos. Our place is also close to many famous tourist attractions, namely the reknowned Taman Rimba, Tropical Spice Garden, Entopia Butterfly farm, Escape Theme Park & Penang National Park, suitable for those who like nature and adventure. Among all other vacation homes in Batu Ferringhi, our place is nearest to all of these top places of interest, with just a few minutes drive away from our place. Other things to note The parking is by cashless drive-thru payment machine. Right after entering and before existing, kindly please approach the guard and register the car plate number for the homestay unlimited entry flat rate per car per day RM10 (weekdays) and RM13 (Sat, Sun and Public Holidays). Please inform the guard how many nights to stay as well. For motor, just register and pay the gurad RM5 per motor per night. Thank you.
