Our house is located in the heart of the Ariège Pyrenees, very close to Pas de la Casa: Andorra is 40 min away. It is located on the heights of the town of Ax-les-Thermes, a small town of 1,500 inhabitants renowned for its thermal waters, its hiking trails and its winter sports resort (Ax 3 Domaines). The house is ideally located in Ax: 5 min by car from the cable cars, 5 min from the thermal baths, 1 km from the train station. The region offers many activities in both summer and winter. The house offers 4 large bedrooms, two with a double bed and two with 3 single beds. Ideal house for two families with 6 children. The house has been classified 2 stars by the tourist office of the city of Ax les Thermes. Warning, being approved by the tourist office it is not possible to exceed the 10 beds. Attention for the weekend the rental includes two nights. On the other hand, the two weeks around Christmas and New Year's Day (between December 17, 2022 and January 03, 2023) can only be rented for a full week (or two) but not just a few days. The deposit of 350€ is returned after the general inventory of the house at the end of your stay. Attention the keys of the house will not be given without the payment of this deposit. For management, we ask our kind visitors to sweep all the floors downstairs and upstairs, empty the trash cans and clean the toilets and bathrooms. Then we ask a lady to come by to complete the cleaning detail, which takes more than two hours to do properly. this is why the cleaning deposit of €75 is generally never given back in order to allow the cleaning lady to be paid. If ever your cleaning was perfectly done, we can then consider returning it to you. This cleaning deposit is to be paid via Airbnb online payment. As soon as you have booked, contact us and we will send you a rental contract as well as the indications for your arrival and the handing over of the keys. It is imperative that this contract be signed before your arrival. Another point the whole house is very well heated by electric radiators of very good performance. Each room has a radiator. To cope with the high electricity charges that we have to pay and in order to make people more responsible, we now ask for an electricity package of between 30 and 70 € per week depending on the period (see our site). This sum is to be added to your rental at the time of payment of the "damage in the house" deposit and to be sent with the rental contract.
