We live in an adorable three-level home on a quiet street in the heart of Ballard. My husband, four-year-old and I are taking off to California for a few weeks for some sunshine and would love to find some great folks to stay in our place while we're gone. This is a great spot if you're visiting family or friends in Seattle! The space Our house has three levels: * A finished basement with a sofa/TV area, bathroom and washer/dryer * A second floor with a chef's kitchen, 8-person dining table, two bedrooms, bathroom and living room * A top floor master bedroom with bathroom We also have a backyard space with a deck + BBQ grill, cozy seating, fire pit and hammock. Guest access You'll be able to access the backyard space, all floors and bedrooms, except the upstairs walk-in storage area (there are still two closets/dressers for clothing you will be able to access) and garage.
