This is rural Vermont - in the winter, snow tires are recommended or if using all-season tires, AWD / 4WD is recommended. Guests are invited to use any of the trails which include hiking trails as well as ATV/snowmobile trails. There is direct, private access onto the VAST trail system. Guests may use their ATVs and snowmobiles on the private trails. Insurance on machines is required. Hunters can use all 166 acres. Licenses/Permits/safety courses required. The private, spring-fed pond is clean for swimming. No diving. Please do not fish since the ecology and cleanliness of the pond is dependent on the fish. Ice skating in the winter is at your own risk since ice conditions can vary day-to-day. Other things to note Hunters should disclose the details about their intentions to hunt. Specifically which guests will be hunting, what game will be pursued and what sporting equipment is going to be brought onto the property and the way in which it will be used. For any ATV and/or snowmobile being brought to and used on the property, proof of insurance will be required. Vehicles/machines are allowed on any trail and in the field however they must be kept off of and away from the lawns and gardens.
