Comprising a large living room including a kitchenette and dining area, this space is, above all, comfortable and welcoming. It is equipped with a refrigerator, induction cooktop, espresso machine, electric kettle, toaster, coffee and seasonings to prepare your meals. A spacious entrance hall connects the living area with the sleeping area. The sleeping area has a queen size bed that can be converted into two single beds. The work area, connected to the sleeping area, has a large work table with two comfortable chairs. The bathroom is spacious, with a large shower. All windows are fitted with blackout curtains so you can keep the space dark while you rest. The sleeping area has a curtain to separate the area, which provides greater privacy as can be seen in the photographs. It is heated with radiators, with a thermostat, which maintain a comfortable temperature of 23°C every day. It has a private lock that encloses the studio inside and out. The monthly fee includes weekly cleaning with replacement of bed linen and towels and general cleaning of the space. See you soon! Guest access Guests have access on the 1st floor to: - Shared kitchen, where you can use the electric oven - Shared laundry room where you can find detergent and a place to dry clothes - Bicycles equipped with protective helmet and lock. - Shared balcony where you can have your meals or simply relax. - Shared garden, a very peaceful space, with several green species, relaxing chairs and a hammock with mosquito net so you can rest without being bothered by insects. Other things to note The house is an old building, made of stone and wood, when leaving or entering at night please try to keep it quiet. You can always use the slippers we provide to move around the house. - In summer we have fans in the rooms for your comfort. The house is very cool because it is made of stone and wood. - In winter, all rooms are equipped with electric heating, which works with a thermostat and maintains the daily comfort temperature at 23º.
