The space The property was built in 1908 with European influence and retains many of its original period charm. It has gone through an extensive renovation with updates to all rooms, hallways, and bathrooms. Our property consists a mix of rooms with Private Baths and Shared baths. PLEASE NOTE this room SHARES a bathroom. We do not have air conditioning or parking. Guest access When arriving to the property, please ring the doorbell to get access inside. Once inside, you'll need to walk up about 20 stairs to the Reception Desk to check in and receive your room keys. Your room key will also get you access to the main door so you can come and go at your leisure. For your security and the security of others, please close the door behind you, upon entrance/exit. In the event of an emergency, there is staff on-site, to assist, so don't worry. Other things to note We have Quiet Hours from 10pm to 9:00am. We are located in the middle of a busy city, with cars going and coming all times of the day. There are fans in each room to help create some white noise, should you need it. PET FEE: $50 per pet, if you are bringing 2 pets with you, we will charge the 2nd pet fee upon arrival. No more than 2 pets are allowed. Delivery of packages is allowed but not mail for residential purposes. You can set up a PO Box, USPS is just a 5minutes walk from here. Registration Details Exempt
