Cottage near everything - Cottage middle of anywhere A lake landscape would be nice, but 10/12 months of the year you don't need a lake. This cottage has been acquired specifically for winter sports. The cottage is 25 km from the Sappee ski resort. The cottage's parking lot has a heat plug for the car and a sturdy snow shovel in the garage for snowstorms. The floor heating in the hallway and wet room ensures that your equipment dries for the next use. The proceeds from the cottage go to our child's fund as a nest egg for the future. The space The cottage has two sleeping areas, one of which has two 160 cm beds arranged as a bunk bed. The other sleeping area has a sofa bed that turns into a 140 cm wide bed. Upstairs there is a furnished summer room that can be used as an extra bedroom during the summer. In addition to the sleeping chamber, there is a kitchen, living room, fireplace, two entrances, hallway and outdoor toilet, barrel sauna and bathroom. The bathroom has a chemical toilet. Guest access All the buildings in the cottage are available. Other things to note The driveway of the cottage is steep and slippery in winter, so it is advisable to leave the car in the lower parking lot, where there is also a heating post. The water heater is not very large, so with a full sauna in the sauna, it is advisable to keep showers shorter. Note: Pet clothing must be agreed separately, as it is difficult to maintain at a distance of two hours. The sizes of the firewood in the cottage vary, shorter logs are suitable for the sauna. The cottage grills work with gas, gas is not included in the price. The recommendation is a 5kg gas cylinder, which can be obtained from the nearest large stores or service stations. The cabin does not have a water toilet (yet).
