Upstairs laundry room and second guest bath. Second bedroom is really more of a "family suite" with a luxurious queen bed and a cute loft that holds another queen bed perfect for the kids! Pretty balcony with peekaboo coastline view off the second bedroom for those evenings you want to open the slider and drift asleep listening to the ocean. Downstairs holds a cozy fireplace, large dining room for 6 and well adorned kitchen. Comfortable living room with 60” television and Sonos speakers for those movie nights after a day in the sun. Wood floors throughout downstairs. Custom quality furnishings throughout! Lush courtyard outside family room with access to a walkway leading to the beach. Boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrella available for your use...please help yourself as you enjoy Mandalay Beach. Don't forget to take a warm outdoor shower that we have in the private yard to wash off the sand. After a fun day at the beach feel free to enjoy our barbecue and relax in the private courtyard in comfortable upholstered sofa and chairs under the lights. Guest access Driveway with allocated private parking spot. Plenty of public street parking as well. Guest check in is done remotely. Our guests are provided a unique access code on day of arrival. Other things to note Peaceful beach neighborhood perfect for a southern California getaway! We provide the beach towels, boogie boards and beach chairs! We do not have central AC. We have a portable AC in the upstairs loft to cool down the second story
