Our home is perched on the picturesque San Juan River; cast a fly line, sit in the jacuzzi, or relax in the hammock as you listen to the soothing sounds of the river steps away from your balcony. Max number of people, including little humans and babies, is 8pp. The space We live onsite, on the first floor, with our tiny Chihuahua named Joey. You'll have privacy to enjoy the private guest quarters and the surrounding property. Our home is surrounded by towering trees and landscaping, directly across from a stocked pond, and perched on the picturesque San Juan River. The top two floors are all yours! Your private entrance leads to 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a stocked kitchen with appliances and cookware, a washer & dryer, and a cozy living room with a TV, DVD player, and Dish cable (Big 10 Network & ESPN included). There is a dedicated line for satellite internet and a stationary phone line, should anyone need to make emergency calls due to insufficient cell phone coverage. Remember, you are coming here to recharge and relax, so internet and cell service is a bonus! That being said, we have had some gamers here, who were pleased with the satellite speeds and the fact their Verizon phones had coverage. From your private balcony on the second floor, you can enjoy the sounds and view of the river, walk down, cast a line, jump in your tube, or float away on a raft. Perfect for families traveling together and getaways with friends. Guest access There is a private entrance to the upper two floors, which is the guest quarters and balcony. Free reign to enjoy the jacuzzi, large backyard, pond and fire pit along the river. Other things to note Number of guests is 8, including babies and children.
