Parking restrictions are in place between 10-2pm Mon -Fri. All other times are free to park. If you require visitors parking permit for the restriction times please enquire with me as I can get you a permit at cost price (residents visitors voucher cost £1 per hour). Other things to note - Smoking is not permitted in the flat. - Check-in is from 3pm, and check-out is by 10am. Arriving slightly earlier, or want that extra hour to sleep? Should be fine, but please check with us first. - Kindly take off your shoes before entering the flat. Shoe rack is provided by the corridor at the entrance. - To reduce carbon foot print and to keep our costs down, we kindly ask that you switch off lights and or heating when it’s not in use or leaving the flat. - To ensure full safety of your belongings, please secure window locks and double lock the flat door when leaving the premises. However, please only lock the top key for the main entrance door. - To be considerate to the neighbours, we kindly ask to keep things on the quieter-side after 10pm.
