We rent out our wonderful and historical, build in 1876, townhouse, located just by the Copehagen city lakes and just a short walk to lots of attractions in Copenhagen. The house is placed in the middel of the quiet street with lots of kids playing and with no traffic making the place an oase in the city - perfect for families traveling with kids or travelers who wants to stay in a quite and architectural and unique part of Copenhagen . The space The house is total 190 sqm: On the first floor is a brand new full equipped kitchen, dining area in connection with a living room. Second floor has a new bathroom, a bedroom (double bed), and a child playroom in with 2 beds. The third floor is furnished with a very spacious living/TV room that is open to the ridge with big ceiling windows, and a office/bedroom (double bed). The entire house has just been fully renovated and is very nice and stylish - more pictures will be added. The area: The “Kartoffelrækker” consists of small streets with English style houses, a real popular architectural gem in Copenhagen! The houses where build in 1874 to 1880 and being a unique and architectural inspiration, the area are daily visited by locals, tourists and students walking the streets. From the house you can by foot reach the little mermaid, the national museum of art, Kings garden, botanical garden, the city shopping streets, nice dining/ take away, coffee shops and much more. Just at the end of our street are the very known Copenhagen lakes that are optimal for a stroll or run with locals. The house is a 100% non-smoking house and pets are not hold or allowed. We very much care for our huse and like to live very clean in a nice environment. In all, mature and responsible guests and your kids will be very welcome. We do not allow parties or having get togethers with persons not in the approved group of guests. We are a small typically Danish family - Toke (Economist), Lene (laywer) and our two wounderfull boys, Theodor (10yr) and Herbert (7yr). We love to travel around the world and find it very giving to meet and rent out our house to nice guests, when traveling ourself.
