Brand-new LG washer and dryer in-unit and totally free! MAIN BEDROOM All the rest is cool but a great night's sleep is the most important thing, right?? We've got you ;) > KING BED with a memory foam top + remote adjustable up and down > Pillows both soft and firm—whatever you like! > Personal ductless AC unit > Remote operated ceiling fan > Sound machine > Blankets and warm duvet There's also a desk and chair for remote work, a 55" Roku SmartTV, and a large walk-in closet. SPARE BEDROOM A full-sized bed with a soft memory foam mattress you can sink into. There's also a dresser and a remote operated ceiling fan. BACK PATIO Brand new patio furniture as of June 1, 2023! The backyard is quiet and perfect for enjoying those warm Indiana evenings. PARKING Street parking is readily available on the front curb, but if for some reason the street is full, then go ahead and pull-up in the backyard. The whole house is yours!! Fletcher Place neighborhood is the BEST in Indianapolis!! :) I lived in the Little Green House for three years, and before that I rented an apartment right around the corner for two years, and I still miss living there to this day! > Here's the high-level: The neighborhood has the best brunch and dinner spots in Indy as well as 5 different bars (not even including the restaurant bars!). The streets are quiet, safe, and charming, and you're minutes from all the sports, entertainment, and conventions hosted downtown. > Here's the details: Bluebeard is a James Beard nominated, chef-inspired, farm-to-table restaurant that consistently ranks among Indy's top 3 places to eat, and it's a 3 minute walk from your doorstep. (Don't settle for anything less than patio seating in summer—eating multiple courses under the string lights and old trees is genuinely magical!) Milktooth, also a James Beard nominee and farm-to-table brunch spot with from-scratch pastries, also regularly features in Indy's top 3 restaurants and is—believe it or not—even closer to the Little Green House than Bluebeard! There's a coffee shop, arcade bar, a locals-favorite dive with live music on the weekends, a whiskey distillery, and a brewery—all with patio seating and all less than five minutes from your front door. Evening walks are beautiful as the neighborhood takes great pride in their homes and gardens. There's also a park with a play area for kids, a trail into the city for bikes and electric scooters, as well as an Indy-Go bus stop for easy public transport access. However, despite all these great perks of the neighborhood, probably my favorite thing to do is to simply have drink on the front steps and watch the often-stunning sunsets over Lucas Oil Stadium! As I said though, I'm biased, soo I guess you'll just have to come see for yourself ;) Everything in the neighborhood is walkable, but there's also street parking everywhere if you prefer to hop in the car. To get downtown you can walk, bike, e-scooter, catch the bus, or drive. Early check-in and late check-out available upon request, but subject to booking schedule.
