Gabriela's apartment (with fiber optic WiFi)

Outward-facing apartment, bright, all renovated. Five minutes away from the train station (one hour away from Barcelona) and the commercial promenade. In 7 minutes, you can walk to one of the Mediterranean's main beaches. The apartment is airy and the living room and bedroom have access to the outside balcony. It has everything for a good rest. The space It is located on the 1st floor of the building. To get to the elevator you have to climb 6 steps. Upon entering, you will find an open space, with a living room with access to the balcony (10 m2 with terrace furniture and awning). The living room has a sofa bed, Smart TV, air conditioning, and a table with 4 chairs. There is a desk to work and connect your computer if necessary. The window has no blinds, but it has opaque roller curtains. The Wifi is fiber optic, ideal for remote working. The air conditioning can be set between 20º and 24º. It is recommended to leave the windows and doors closed to maintain the temperature. The kitchen is integrated and equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, induction hob, microwave, washing machine, and coffee maker. You'll find the main cleaning products. For your safety, it has a smoke detector. The room has access to the balcony and a double bed. It has a large closet and for the cold months we leave a radiator and extra blankets. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet, and vanity. Mirror and a closet where you will find toilet paper and a hairdryer. Guest access The bus stop to Barcelona Airport is 400 meters away. PARKING: There is a parking lot about 400 meters away, where you can park for 1 euro a day. It's called Parquing La Muntanyeta (look it up online). On the other hand, on the street, there are green and blue areas, all of which are paid from 8 am to 8 pm. After 8 pm, it's free. Parking is free in the white areas and on the beach. On weekends it's harder to find free parking spots. There is also paid parking with 24-hour surveillance, a 5-minute walk from the apartment. It's called Parkingsol. You arrive, park and go quietly to the apartment. Calella has a very complete range of restaurants: Catalan cuisine, pizzeria, sushi, Chinese cuisine, Japanese cuisine, steakhouses and kebabs 100-200 meters away. A supermarket 50 meters away. It has beautiful and wide beaches, with a great promenade as well as hiking trails. Other things to note Hi, thank you so much for booking our place. Your stay is important to us and we want to make sure everything is ready for your arrival. We will be at your disposal from 10 am to 10 pm for anything you may need during your stay. Check-in time is from 3 pm to 10 pm, except on Thursdays, which is from 11 am to 3 pm and from 8:30 pm to 10 pm. And check-out time is 10 am. Two days before check-in, I'll write you a message to arrange a time. Please let me know 30 minutes before you arrive. We remind you that in Spain, guest registration is mandatory for all people over 13 years of age (Article 2 of Order IRP/418/2010 of August 5). So, when you enter, you must present your identity documents (DNI, passport or NIE). The apartment is in a building where families live year-round. No parties or bothersome noises (music, shouting, TV volume) either during the day or at night. So if you're coming to party, this isn't the place for you.
