The space Our cozy and modern apartment is located in the award-winning Toom-Kuninga building (Concrete Building of the Year 2021), right in the heart of Tallinn. With 53 m² of space, it comfortably hosts 4 guests (up to 5 if needed). The bedroom includes a comfortable 160 cm queen bed (Softrend), a custom-made full bunk bed, bedside tables, and a closet. The living room has a Softrend folding sofa and a 65” smart TV — perfect for relaxing after a day in the city. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: an AEG oven and stove, dishwasher, capsule coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and kitchenware. A washer-dryer is available in the bathroom for longer stays. Guests love the noise-reducing windows, blackout curtains, and direct elevator access from the heated underground garage, where free parking is included.
