There’s an outdoor shower next to the hot tub, and inside you’ll find a two-person infrared sauna. This house has been our home for seven years, and we love to cook. There’s an outdoor grill, and we’ve stocked the kitchen with all the equipment and utensils you’ll need. The master bedroom has a sauna, private bathroom, king, queen, and toddler bed. The second bedroom has a desk, printer, and king-sized bed. There’s a second bathroom with a shower in the hallway. The main living area is an ample open-plan space with a bar, an eight-person dining table, and an adjoining kitchen. The only heat source in the main house is a modern wood-burning stove that keeps the place cosy on even the coldest winter nights. The wood is stacked and ready to burn. Work from home or stream high-definition video over 802.11ac WiFi via a 1.4Gb Comcast Internet connection. We’ve hard-wired the trailer, so you can work from there, too. Other things to note We have a very friendly outdoor cat who’s used to dogs and kindly requests you feed her daily. The large deck is fenced and gated. The house is our main home, and we hope you enjoy our well-considered choice of amenities listed in this profile. The Santa Cruz mountains can be challenging at times. The terrain is mostly steep and sometimes rugged. Beach access is often tricky. It's good because you'll get a workout without going to the gym. Something to think about if you or one of your group need help to get around.
