We are also close to the skidoo and ATV trails. Other things to note This is an upper floor unit. There is a possibility that the separate lower unit (separate exterior entrance and complete separate living quarters) may be occupied as our lower level unit is also listed on airbnb). However most of our bookings, the guests book both the upper and lower units combined.
