A cosy, self–contained studio with easy access to the New Forest & sea, only a short stroll from the heart of Lymington, with its marinas, historic cobbled key & restaurants. This professionally – converted garage studio has underfloor heating, a comfy double sofa bed with all linen, a TV & WiFi, & compact shower room. The kitchenette is equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, hotplate, kettle, toaster and all essentials. Ideally located for local transport,only 5 min drive to Keyhaven/Milford. The space This is a cosy, self-contained, professionally converted garage studio with off-street parking, suitable for one or two people. It is perfect to use as a base to come back to after a busy day exploring the local area. The studio has under-floor heating, a comfy double sofa bed with all linen provided and WIFI connection. There is a fold-away breakfast bar, ideal for having drinks or for sitting with a laptop. The open-plan kitchenette is equipped with a small fridge / freezer, microwave, hotplate, kettle, toaster and basic cooking equipment and crockery /cutlery. Tea, instant coffee and milk are also provided. The shower room is equipped with a compacted shower (70x70 cm) and heated towel rail. Towels are also provided. This is a lovely, cosy space for you to come and spend some days getting to know the New Forest area! Guest access The guests have access to the self-contained studio and they can park their car in our driveway or on the road in front of the studio. (free parking). Other things to note A cosy private studio in the Georgian sailing town of Lymington with easy access to both the New Forest National Park and the sea, and only a short stroll from the heart of Lymington with its marinas, historic cobbled quay and great pubs and restaurants. The studio has off-street parking and is situated on a residential road a stone’s throw from the town centre with easy access to local transport. There are bus links to attractions close by with Lymington station a pleasant 15-minute walk away, and the Isle of Wight ferry a twenty-minute walk for day trips to Yarmouth. Five minutes in the car and you'll find the fishing village of Keyhaven with its wonderful coastal walks and Milford-on-Sea with its long pebble beaches, stunning sunsets, and old fort. A ten-minute drive will take you to Brockenhurst, and the New Forest National Park for walks, cycling and horseriding. Close to the studio itself are Pennington marshes, for amazing nature trails and bird-watching, and a leisure centre with gym and indoor swimming pool.
