On the first floor, a living room with separate kitchen. On the second floor, two bedrooms and a bathroom, and on the top floor, a large room with a private bathroom. *** For reservations longer than 15 days, the included utilities (heating, water and electricity) will be a maximum of 150 euros per month. It is essential to inform R2R Consulting of the details of all guests for subsequent submission to the Police, as required by the regulations. If the details are not sent, the house will not be accessible. For reservations made on Airbnb, a security deposit is not required. Guest access The house is rented in its entirety, and guests have access to the pool, which will be shared with the rest of the townhouses. Other things to note No events, parties, bachelor parties allowed Please note that parties and bachelor parties are not allowed in the apartment. If there is any kind of nuisance to the neighbors or the apartment rules are broken, a penalty of 300 euros will be applied. We want to make sure that every guest enjoys a quiet and pleasant stay at our accommodation. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. From the 6th guest, there is an extra daily cost per person. If we detect that the number of registered guests does not match the actual number, we will cancel the reservation with a penalty charged to the customer/guests.
