Pitch your tent or car camp along picturesque Mill Creek and enjoy a perfect blend of solitude and local recreation access. You will be the only campers on approximately 3 acres of flat woods along a beautiful creek. The creek is seasonally stocked with rainbow trout- bring your pole! Tucked away yet less than a mile from the New River Gorge National Park, you won't find a more perfect blend of beautiful solitude and convenient access to recreation, shops, restaurants, and bars! You will be secluded in the woods, however you will be adjacent to Adventures on the Gorge Resort, where you can access their hiking trails, live music, restaurants, and bars. You will be about a mile away from popular attractions such as rock climbing, mountain biking, whitewater rafting, and the New River Gorge Bridge. Our driveway has recently been revamped to include more flat parking and a less steep access route! While these improvements are great, we still caution our guests to avoid bringing large trailers and to use 4WD if available in an attempt to minimize rutting in the future.
