Book yourself into a stylish and modern guest cottage, located in a quiet family-oriented neighbourhood steps away from river swimming, fishing and great walking trails. The local park is a 5-minute walk away and is popular destination for families, it's forested and includes a playground and a great beach for swimming. Downtown Courtenay is a 20 min walk away and offers lots of small shops and cafes. The whole Comox Valley, from ocean beaches to golfing and skiing, is within a 20-min drive. The indoor space features one queen size bedroom and an open-concept galley kitchen with dining space (seats 4) and a living room. The living room includes a very comfortable pull-out couch and the bathroom features a luxurious tiled rainfall shower. The kitchen is compact but very functional and fully equipped with the usual appliances (induction hotplates, convection toaster oven, coffee maker, etc... ). The unique-shaped windows fill the cottage with natural light. Outside the glass side door you will find a wrap-around deck that gives onto your own small private garden area. The cottage sits next to our main house and your garden area is fully-fenced with its own entrance off the road. Other things to note No smoking indoors.
