The space This furnished room is on the main entrance level in a quiet house with a serene courtyard, located in a quiet neighborhood of the famous University Village. Restaurants, banks, and University Village shopping center are within 5 minutes walking distance. You share the bathroom with two other guests. One young professional in the attic has their own kitchen and toilet, may just need to use the shower on the main floor sometimes. These are well educated and quiet tenants. We have cleaning people to clean the kitchen and bathroom every other week. They are all quiet, friendly and considerate. You will love this convenient but quiet location just steps from the U Village Shopping Centre. Easy access to I-5. 10 min to get to down town normally; 20+min in rush hour. Guest access Free washer and dryer in the basement but use your own detergent. You can also rent one of my bikes for $5.00/a day or $20 per week or $50 per month and take the Burke Gilman trail to Lake Washington. Parking lot Parking is $6 a day or $100 per month. During your stay I and my husband do not live on site but would act quickly if you have any needs. Other things to note Due to the laundry machines in the house are free for everyone here to use and the check out cleaning cost you are paying is only one hour cleaning fee -- the cleaning people usually spends 3 hours to clean the other areas like bathroom and kitchen after each check out. Therefore we think it is fair that guests of this house to wash their sheets before they check out. *Please walk and close door gently at night. * People provide their own consumable goods for long term stay ( 30 days and more) . *Please always clean up after yourself such as clean the hair after shower and do no leave unwashed dishes in the sink. *The basic cleaning fee listed here is the minimum for up to 1 month stay, if multiple months, the minimum cleaning is that monthly cleaning multiplies # of months.
