For bookings of 8, we will prepare 2 additional trundle style single beds that are low to the floor and take up all of the floor space in the 3rd bedroom. Due to this, we suggest that this option is most suited for children. The floorboards and high ceilings create a spacious and airy atmosphere whilst the soft furnishings and fireplaces culminate for a well-balanced and renewing ambiance. Quality fittings, fixtures and bedding have been curated for a memorable experience laced with luxury. Enjoy the indoor (8 ppl) and outdoor (10+ ppl) entertaining and dining spaces perfect for a dinner party or an intimate meal. We have a Weber BBQ situated on the large rear deck for breakfast or lunch in the sunshine. Blinds have been installed so that if you prefer, they can enclose all of our outdoor areas making them perfect for any weather condition. Guest access Access Ruffy Farmhouse is situated on a working farm so you'll be able to enjoy the views of happy livestock grazing in the pastures. We invite our guests to enjoy one of the many publicly accessible walking tracks in the region as walking through the farm itself is off-limits to ensure everyone's safety. Weddings The Ruffy Farmhouse is located approximately 25mins to Euroa and is a popular accommodation choice for wedding at The Butter Factory.
