The space If you're looking for a quiet getaway or a family trip that has all the fun on site, this is the townhouse for you. Located on the Eagle Crest Resort, there are pools, walking paths, and nature all around. You might even get a deer friend close enough to feed from your hand on the deck. You can also unwind with a beverage and a soak in the private hot tub on the deck while seeing gorgeous sunsets and sunrises. The house includes the following: - Master suite bedroom with private bathroom that includes a shower, jetted tub, king sized mattress, and balcony overlooking the 10th green of the golf course. - Full kitchen with all basic appliances and everything you need to cook in home. - Downstairs bathroom with full bath and shower. - Downstairs master bedroom with queen bed and private access to deck with hot tub right in front. - Second bedroom with two twin beds. - Full pull out sofa bed in living room. - Dining area that fits six people and also additional seating at bar. - Living room area with cable TV and DVD player (please note, the TV is not a smart TV). - Outside dining area with a BBQ. They are the following: - No pets; up to a $500 fine if pets are on property. - Must put a card on file. - No smoking. - No loud events. - Check in and check out times are firm. - Must check in at the hotel to get keys and sports pass.
