The transparent railing allows you to fully immerse yourself in the tropical surroundings. ◉ This apartment is a two-level penthouse located on the top floor of the building. The first floor features a spacious living room and a kitchen. ◉ The second floor offers a private swimming pool with a wide, open view. You can access the rooftop via a spiral staircase from the living room. There are plenty of sun loungers for you to relax and enjoy sunbathing. ◉ Both bedrooms are equipped with comfortable queen-size beds, along with wardrobes, dressing tables, and independent air conditioning. **Kitchen:** The fully equipped kitchen includes all modern conveniences, such as an electric stove, microwave, large refrigerator, kettle, and toaster. **Bathroom:** ◉ The bathroom features a large walk-in shower and a big mirror. Complimentary amenities include shampoo, body wash, internet, water, and welcome bottled water. **Apartment Facilities:** ◉ As part of the Oceana Resort Kamala, you will have access to a wide range of resort facilities, including a spa, swimming pool and children’s pool, a fully equipped gym, a kids’ playroom, an on-site restaurant, and a convenience store. The property is also very secure, with 24-hour security and safe parking. **Location:** ◉ The apartment is located at the southern end of Kamala. It is only 400 meters walking distance to Kamala Beach. Local supermarkets and fresh markets are less than 100 meters away. In addition, you can enjoy many local restaurants, shops, supermarkets, bars, and massage shops all within walking distance. Guest access You can enjoy access to the private rooftop swimming pool, the apartment’s shared gym, a children’s club, additional swimming pools, and free parking. In the building’s commercial area, you will find: * A French bakery (with in-room breakfast service) * A spa and massage center * A beauty salon * A pharmacy/toy shop * Car rental services Other things to note This room is in Building A. From the security guard's exit, there's a 100-meter ramp with an angle of approximately 60 degrees. You can also take the elevator from the lobby (both require walking to Building A). 1. If you encounter any accommodation-related issues during your stay, we will make every effort to rectify them promptly. Maintenance will be carried out as soon as possible after receiving notification. 2. Electricity: Electricity is free for bookings within 28 days. For bookings of 28 days or longer, the electricity rate is 7 THB per kilowatt-hour. Average daily electricity consumption is 100-300 THB. ⚠️ (Due to Phuket's tropical location, please do not open doors or windows when using the air conditioner, as this may cause temperature differences and potentially lead to leaks. Electricity Deposit: A deposit is required upon check-in for bookings of 28 days or more. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out after deducting the electricity usage fee (the room's electricity meter will be photographed during check-in and check-out). 6. Baby cot and high chair (free): Please notify us 1 day in advance. 7. Extra cleaning: If you require extra cleaning services, we can arrange it for you at a price of 1000 THB per session. 8. Long-term bookings: For bookings of 12 days or more, we are happy to provide an extra set of linens for changing. (Please note: We are a family-run guesthouse, not a hotel, therefore daily housekeeping is not included. To ensure cleaning quality, we usually cooperate with professional cleaning companies. If you require extra cleaning services during your stay, we can assist you in booking cleaning staff, but the related costs will be borne by the guest. If the next guest is not waiting at the door, we are willing to provide several hours of free accommodation. 11. If you need to extend your check-out time, please discuss it with us one day in advance. If there are no guests waiting after you, we are happy to extend your check-out time for free. If we cannot reach an agreement on a free extended check-out time, we will charge 500 THB per hour for the extended time. 12. Please feel free to message us if you have any needs, and we will reply promptly. 13. Consumables must be purchased separately after use. 14. Each key card is purchased from the property management for 500 THB. Therefore, if a key card is lost, we will charge 500 THB. 15.
