Stay in a recently renovated, authentic house in Girona’s unique and quiet Sant Daniel district. 10 minutes-walk from Old Town, yet surrounded by hills, forest, and trails. The house has two rooms with a double bed, private bathroom, and fans for summer. Thick stone walls keep it naturally cool enough without A/C. Located in Girona's charming Sant Daniel district, just 10 minutes from the historic Old Town, you're surrounded by lush hills, forests, and scenic cycling trails perfect for exploring this paradise. Guest access You have private access to your bedroom and ensuite bathroom. The kitchen, living areas, and outdoor space are available to you as shared spaces. Free parking is available directly on the premises (field). During your stay I split my time between Girona and South of Spain, so depending on when you visit, I may or may not be on the property. You can always ask me when making the reservation. When I'm here, I'm happy to be as present or as hands-off as you prefer. I can give you trail and cycling route tips, restaurant recommendations, or just leave you to your own rhythm. I respond within an hour regardless of where I am. When I'm in Girona, my dog Liam is usually with me too, so worth knowing if you have allergies or aren't a dog person. Other things to note Sant Daniel is a genuine neighbourhood, not a tourist area. It's quiet at night and the roads are narrow. The 10-minute walk to Old Town is slightly downhill. The house is especially well set up for cyclists and runners: storage for bikes, easy trail access from the door, and local knowledge on tap.
