Private room only for female near the sea

My house is located in the center of old seoguipo town near Olle market. A public park with sea is 5 mins away by walk. My house is newly renovated in 2022. The space This is a 3-story apartment with stairs. There are two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a toilet. Guest access Guests use one room exclusively. The living room, kitchen, and toilet are shared with me, the female host.
