For several years, the company grew steadily, as did the construction of the neighbouring houses. Complaints about the noise of the production process followed. For this reason, the company had to move, although it still had a storage depot. He then moved to ZI Nord in Montauban. In 2006, I decided to buy the warehouse from my father and transform it into a loft while keeping the "workshop" spirit provided by the metal framework and the mezzanines. I create living spaces. In 2019, for personal reasons, I decide to leave it. I quickly realised the unusual and exceptional side of this house, and so I decided to create a gîte, a place that future tenants could discover.
