Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Enjoy lovely lake views from the large second floor deck, or an outdoor meal on the main floor deck. Beautiful three seasons sunroom is a perfect place to relax. Two bedrooms with bunk beds plus spacious master bedroom can easily accommodate your family for a fun and relaxing getaway. New powered anode installed in water heater Feb 2024 to provide clean water The space This is an older home in a spacious country setting. The original house was a two bedroom lake cottage, and we added a newer second floor with a large master bedroom, smaller bedroom and a second full bathroom. There is plenty of room for the whole family to enjoy time together. Because we have had occasional guest concerns about the hot water having an unpleasant smell, we installed a powered anode in the hot water heater in Feb 2024. Current short term tenants have reported that this has fully resolved the issue😊 Guest access Guests have access to all of first and second floor. Basement level is not guest-ready. Guests also have full access to two acres of property on small lake, suitable for canoeing and kayaking or floating/swimming with inflatables (not a formal beach setting). Plenty of space to play frisbee and other yard games. Other things to note The homes in our area all have well water rather than city water, ours included. We have a new water softener as well as a dedicated filter system for drinking water. On occasion, guests have commented that the water has a slightly different scent and taste than municipal water. Because of occasional guest concerns about the water, we also installed a powered anode in the hot water heater in Feb 2024. This should resolve any issues with the water having an unpleasant smell.
