It offers the view of 5 mountains and large picture windows looking out to amazing sunrises. There is also a spacious deck and an outdoor covered area with plenty of seating. The space As you drive up the private quarter-mile paved driveway you’ll be surprised as you come around the turn to see pastures, vineyards & mountain peaks. Vibrant sunrises and sunsets will greet you depending on the time of day. You’ll find 2 covered parking spots to the right of the house in front of the main entrance. The property has plenty of paved areas for additional vehicles. Upon walking upstairs, you’ll be greeted with a magnificent view of Mt. Hood out the large picture windows. As you scan the horizon you’ll see 5 more mountain peaks, vineyards, forests and the surrounding valley. The large main living room takes advantage of the gorgeous view with a generous seating area. This area also includes a desk and a formal dining room table with seating for 8. The kitchen is a dream with an incredible amount of prep space and a huge island. There is plenty of room to cook, eat, and socialize. It holds various appliances (KitchenAid mixer, Insta pot, Vitamix blender, slow cooker, rice cooker) and is fully stocked with pans/pots, serving dishes, etc. Don’t worry about bringing olive oil, spices, coffee (regular & decaf), or teas. The coffee corner has several coffee makers (regular, French press, and a Keurig machine) and an electric kettle. The kitchen has a breakfast nook that seats 8 plus a breakfast bar seating for 6. This all opens up onto a large deck with more seating and better views. You’ll have a hard time deciding which perfect space you’ll choose to enjoy that morning cup of coffee! Next to the kitchen is a large pantry & laundry room. Then the family room with comfortable seating and TV. Skylights encourage natural light in this portion of the house. Four bedrooms occupy this top floor as well. Along with three full baths. Bedroom 1: King Bed with private bathroom | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed | Bedroom 3: Queen Bed with private bathroom | Bedroom 4: Queen Bed | Additional Sleeping: Queen Air Bed The lower level has a 600 square foot bonus room with a Queen Bed, a Twin Air Bed, over-sized sectional, large TV, kitchenette, mini fridge and a full bathroom. The kitchenette has a portable warming plate burner (no stove) and a microwave for cooking a simple meal. A distinctive feature of the home is a covered outdoor area with comfortable seating, a picnic table, a covered sandbox, and a fire pit. A game of cornhole may be just what you need. Please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring the interior of the house. It is only the Ring at the front door and one looking over the barn. Also, there is a separate apartment connected to the house which is occupied with long-term tenants. They have their own entrance on the opposite side of the house.
