The space Stylish and spacious, our open-plan basement apartment is fully equipped for all you need for a relaxing, comfortable stay. Come and go as you please via your own private entrance, but enjoy the peace-of-mind brought by knowing your helpful local hosts are only a few steps away should you need anything. You have access to a shared patio area and laundry facilities. The open-plan layout of the apartment gives it a modern, spacious feel, enhanced with clean, contemporary furnishings and photo artworks of the area throughout. With 2 bedrooms it’s perfect for couples, families or solo travelers, accommodating up to 6 guests – but please note the generous layout means that both bedrooms are open-plan, without a door. Kitchen – a sleek white kitchen with plenty of space to dine in, equipped with a large fridge-freezer, oven and hob, microwave, double sink and generous worktop area. Living space – leading on from the kitchen, the large living area has a comfy sofa, TV and useful desk. There is also an additional floor mattress to accommodate additional guests. Bedroom 1 – calming and simply furnished, the bedroom has a king-sized bed. Bedroom 2 – this room contains one double bed and one single. Bathroom – a clean, contemporary room with a corner shower, WC and a stylish basin station. Guest access The space is the first level of a duplex, we live upstairs. The private entrance is through the backyard. You will park on the side on the street and enter through the gate that leads to our backyard. The stairway leads down to the entrance!
