Lots of privacy, a king sized organic latex plush bed, queen bed in main floor bedroom, queen natural memory foam bed in separate finished basement suite, and an abundance lounging areas. Outdoor infrared sauna and bamboo rain shower on the 1400 sq ft wrap around deck. More features include: Spectrum high speed (1 Gbs) cable internet! 2 central HVACs very good AC and heat. 2 Living rooms with their own 4k smart TVs with Netflix and Prime TV, main floor is 55in OLED with Bose sound system. Main floor living room couch turns into a guest bed. Theres also a blow up mattress avail for the basement. Enjoy a high end whole house bluetooth sound system, record player, outdoor bluetooth deck speakers, 2 fire pit areas, and nice gym in the basement with weight bench, weights, and rowing machine. There’s even a foot/calf/lower back massager for after a long day of hiking. At night enjoy warm LED lighting with upgraded fixtures and Edison bulb string lights both in the house and the entire deck. Location: Right next to the Catawba River, Pisgah National Forest, and Catawba Falls. 5 mins to up and coming downtown Old Fort with breweries, cafes, bike shop, and hiking trails. 15 mins to downtown Black Mountain which is a renowned tourist destination with many farm to table restaurants, a natural grocery store, and locally owned shops/galleries. 25 mins to Asheville. Guest access Entire house but no access to storage closets upstairs, or the main level bedroom closet, or the shed. Other things to note Driveway is steep but paved and accessible by all vehicles. The master bedroom is an open loft. Theres a nice thick privacy curtain that can block it off, but there isn't the best noise isolation between the upstairs and the main level including the main level bedroom. The most privacy is between the upstairs and the finished walk out basement. Something to keep in mind. The basement bedroom is near the utility closet which houses the whole house filtration system since it’s well water. This system has a cleaning cycle sometimes during the night, it’s usually not for too long and sounds like someone is taking a shower. Something to be aware of if a light sleeper. No cigarettes, vaping, smoking etc. Pets allowed but please message me details first and pets not allowed on beds or furniture. If pet hair is found might increase cleaning fee.
